As a member of CA Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA), I recently completed the Professional Standard for LDAs program. This focused on the three pillars regarding the Unauthorized Practice of Law, the Business and Professions Code 6400 that LDAs must adhere to and Rules of Conduct. The bottom like is that I am not an attorney and cannot provide any legal advice, but can complete your paperwork at your direction.
