BENEFITS OF A LDA v. ATTORNEY

It is not uncommon for couples to spend $50,000 on attorney’s fees for a divorce proceeding. By using a Legal Document Assistant to complete your paperwork you will spend a fraction of the cost of an attorney. Our packages start as low as $899. Sometimes it is necessary to seek the advice and to retain an attorney, but it is best to take a practical approach whenever possible and utilize mediation and a LDA to complete your paperwork.
